Instructor @orangem, the RopeLabs team and volunteers will take you through some of the most basic concepts of Shibari. You'll learn some theory, and a few beginner-friendly knots that you can use at home and that lay the foundations to more advanced ties.
This peer-based workshop is aimed at complete beginners. There will be a hard limit on attendees. No dress code, but it's suggested you avoid loose clothing, as this makes it harder to tie.
Please bring: your own (non-stretchy) rope if you have it, as well as blankets to sit comfortably on the floor. The workshop will be taught in English.
For safety reasons we only allow adult attendees (18 years and over)
We have a zero tolerance policy towards showing up to the workshop in an intoxicated state. If we suspect that someone is in such a state they will be turned away.
