For almost everything we do online, we're dependent on big corporations. They get to decide what we can and can't do on their platforms. They control access. If they go bankrupt, or ban us, we lose access to out own data. What can be done?

This talk is about taking back control of your own data, and your own networks.
I will discuss:

MeshCore: A free volunteer-run network of radio nodes for sending data and messages.

Reticulum: A global internet-like network that can be routed over the internet, but also over radio-links, mesh networks, ad-hoc wifi without internet access, bluetooth mesh; whatever you can think of.

Freenet: True p2p serverless/permissionless applications running over internet.

InstructionGraph: My own project. Decentralized applications and data. Any app or any data you use will be cached locally, ensuring you can keep on using it forever.
